 Supporting leased lines & MPLS VPN issues of Enterprise Customers: Monitor network nodes (Routers, Switches, DSLAMs, Cabins ...)  Troubleshoot node failures Handle planned, unplanned outages & inform customers about the outages and the exact impact. Configuration of customers’ premises (SHDSL modems and CE/CPE routers) Check customers configurations (X-Connect, VRF) Troubleshooting MPLS VPN L2 & L3 on PE. Monitoring TE DATA network devices Routers, switches, DSLAMs and MUXs using various monitoring utilities.  Accessing network devices (Routers/DSLAMs and switches) with Full privilege for maintenance and troubleshooting (Nokia, Juniper and cisco routers).  Acknowledge alarms and follow through using troubleshooting procedures.  Opening and closing trouble ticket and maintenance while detailing the issue for the ease of knowledge transfer.  Third level troubleshooting of Enterprises customers and TE Data Network. Including Routers, Switches, Dslams, and local and international links
